I worked with Greg in his personal training for 3 months. He has been very motivating and energetic since the first session. In our first meeting, we discussed about my goals and he explained clearly how to achieve them with proper diet and workout plan. Greg really invests time and creativity to come up with a high intense and yet fun workout plan. He also understood that I wanted to learn all the exercises so he made every workout intense and every workout different. He is also a badass so he pushed me to my best to achieve my goals.
I saw a significant change in my fat percentage. I have always wanted to lose belly fat and with Greg it became so easy to achieve. He rewarded me with a free protein shake whenever I was at my best. He monitors the progress every week. I had a bonus knee therapy with personal training as well. I had knee injury when I started and Since Greg is a physiotherapy student, he designed the suitable workouts for me. He helped me recover fast. He is very knowledgable and he knows inside out of the gym.
I am so thankful that I found Greg as my personal trainer. I really had so much fun working out with Greg. I highly recommend Greg to anyone who wants to tone up and become strong and healthy.
